Somethings have happened between my last post and now, and because of that, I have decided to create a new blog because this one no longer seems right.

I'll leave my link for a few days before removing it.

I had a dream last night/today and it involved a guy. Sad to say, I cannot, for the life of me, recall what that guy looked like. I only remember that in my dream, he was someone I had strong feelings for and I had been surprised when he reciprocated my feelings, and also that he was very cute lol... 

Perhaps it's just my subconscious mind wishing for a partner, but it was a sweet dream and I wish I had slept longer.

I recall how I used to dream of him, searching for him, running about in a craze because I know he is in danger. I don't get such dreams anymore and I feel relieved, because I hated those dreams.

Knowing that you care so much for someone yet feeling so frustrated when that someone takes your concern and flushes it down a toilet bowl.

He always took me for granted and it did not change even when he said he'd learnt his lesson. Goes to show that the saying "A leopard can never change its spots" is, pardon the pun, spot on.

Some people learn from their mistakes, others, make more mistakes.

Perhaps that's what him and I have been doing; just making more mistakes.

I wish I was happier.

Paying tribute, moving time.

This might have came a little late, but nevertheless; Happy 2007!! (???)

I spent New Year's eve and New Year's day with my parents and younger sister in malacca visiting my grandmother. And the actual countdown to the New Year was celebrated at the lobby of the hotel we were staying at lol... There were fireworks and firecrackers, lots of loud music and plenty of balloons. Surprisingly lively I must say.

Didn't do much there in malacca though, just the usual dinner of satay celup, shopping, ice cream, and eating... And eating... And... You know; eating... Lol!

I must say I got fat again... Zzz...

Grandma's okay... Close to skin and bones already (=() but still lively enough to scold vulgarities from what my aunty says lol... May she live to a hundred and more! =D

Asides from that... Hm... It was the first time the family had dinner at 1am in the morning at JB... Followed by a jam of 2 hours before we finally reached home. It's been hard on you daddy! =P

Da jie's birthday was on the 22nd, and the whole family and her boyfriend celebrated with her at East Coast with a seafood dinner. Yum yum indeed lol... Sorry we were too hungry to take pics of the food beforehand.

I spent the 23rd at a long overdued gathering with my primary school mates. It's not their fault of course, I'm the one who's always unavailable lol. We had dinner at cafe cartel (I still don't like that place by the way >.<) and while we still had some time to spare before the movie, we took pics...

There only being 3 girls, one of whom was with her boyfriend, us girls were like "models" or so the guys said as they "fought" to take photos with us lol... The pics are with glen, so I'll have to post them up another day.

And the movie we watched was.... Death Note 2: The Last Name!!!

Damn I love that show, but I hate the ending!!!

I know Light had to be stopped, and already guessed that Ryku would be the one to kill him buuuuut!!! WhyyyyyY! What bothered me was probably Misa's sadness lol... She is really one damn cute girl, I'm guessing any guy who watches that show will surely love her if not like her at the very least. She is adorable!!! I'm a girl and I like her! Lol... Maybe my collegues are right, I must be going homo lol...

This movie I give 8 out of 10! Minus 2 cause they let Light die and they did not follow the original plot closely enough lol...

Anyway after the movie, I think it was 2am, and time to head back. Lol, not enough drivers in the group that day so we couldn't stay out later. Glen offered to drive us 2 girls back along with louis and yaohui, and because of some joke, we ended up "touring" the old chua chu kang cemetery! Lol... Poor yihui...

I have to admit though, it was my first time in a cemetery (in a car but nevertheless!) and I would probably have been scared stiff if I were not with 4 other people. Pretty creepy, especially the chinese one. *Shivers*

The 24th was a comical event and I know that anyone who reads this will certainly laugh, be it at me or with me.

I guess my biggest mistake was to forget to have lunch? Read on to understand.

A collegue, cc, was having a bbq party at his place and a few of us were invited. Me, particularly because his wife wanted to poison me lol! Kidding!

There were 5 of us in all, jolynn, js, jeff and his *erhem* princess, not forgetting me, and jeff picked jolynn and I up even though it was quite out of the way. (hehe, appreciate that)

When we got there, the 5 of us sat down to eat but not 10 minutes later did cc bring us some bottles of vodka.

+I have to state now that I have no experience in drinking, and all encounters with such liquids more often then not leave me with a terrible aftertaste and a memory I would rather forget.+

Thinking I'd just have a few sips, I picked a cranberry flavoured one (red's my favourite in case anyone failed to notice) and drank. Three quarters of a bottle later, all of us were in cc's bedroom going through his wedding photos, (lol, cc why never see you smile until so big at work one leh? =P) and my face was feeling a little hot.

10 minutes later, we are downstairs eating chicken wings (that'll be me) and watching television. Cc passes me a cup of warm water to help me curb my nausea. (Ohoh...)

Another 10 minutes pass before I find myself at the kitchen basin throwing up what I had just eaten not half an hour before. I think to myself, "Shit, do I really suck that badly at drinking? And to do this at a collegue's party!!! Shit shit shit..."

I thought I was fine after drinking some green tea but I thought wrong... 3 minutes later, I'm rushing back in to the kitchen again but before I could do anything, I think I actually blacked out for a moment there and fell like a stone to the ground.

At this point in time, everything around me is kind of blurry and I'm not sure what happens but someone seem to have dragged me to the kitchen door before I fall again lol (think stars and chirping birds). By then js and jeff are in the kitchen and dragging me out the door and I hear someone saying to bring me upstairs as I am thinking I'm not going to make it, before I mumble that I need to throw up again and run back to the basin lol!

Now I really want to thank jeff and cc for looking after me while I was "spouting like the merlion" like cc says lol. Jeff was there to pat my back and later support my head while I stretched out on a chair in a daze. I think he was so afraid I was going to slide to the ground haha.. I believe at that time I was really rather out of it because I actually went, "Hey.. See so much bee hoon..." as I "analysed" the stuff in the basin. =X

After a long while to ensure I would not throw up anymore, js and cc had to half-carry me upstairs to the guest bedroom and cc brought out hot water and a towel and kept changing the towel over my head as well as massage my temper. (Not sure what it's for but it's really soothing and he says it keeps the headaches at bay.)

The whole time my eyes were closed as I tried to keep my nausea down but I know how troublesome it was to have to look after me. =X So thank you!! You two are like the big brothers I never had hehe...

All of them stayed in the room accompanying me after I dozed off and only waited till I woke up gradually before leaving. Jeff sent me home and even saw me to my door even though his gf was in the car. So sorry for the trouble!!! =X 

Now think, all this for 3/4 of a small miserable bottle of vodka mixer!!

A new perspective, much unlike before.

Yet another unlucky day.

I woke up at 945am today. And for those who don't know, I start work at 9am.

^%^#&@*# (Insert bad words.)

I guess it must have been those pills I took the night before. And colour me surprised, but I certainly did not expect them to work so well. Maybe it was the combination of two types of sleep related pills that did the trick, but I was very late for work, AGAIN!

My dad drove me down and I reached work at 1050. (Thank you, Mdm Receptionist, you are most certainly helpful when it comes to sticking your nose into things.)

It was work as usual and to make up for going in late, I stayed back and did OT, without claiming of course.

And when I was looking forward to going home for a nice relaxing nap, something else happened.

I took bus 963 at 820pm and as usual I fell asleep on the bus. A bus journey from AP to BP normally takes 50mins minimum and 1hr15mins maximum.

But the strangest thing happened...

At 50mins to 820 (that's 910 for those with lousy maths lol) my body clock woke me up like always and guess where was I?!

The bus was getting off the expressway to woodlands!!!

For those who do not see what the big deal is about. Here's a little more detail to clarify things.

The bus route goes like this:

Harbourfront -> Alexandra Rd -> Clementi -> Upper Bukit Timah Rd -> Bukit Panjang -> Expressway -> Woodlands Interchange.

In the same time it normally took for a bus to reach BP, it managed to get to Woodlands somehow. And it's not as though the time taken from BP to Woodlands is very short; it's 20mins!

Whatever happened in the time I fell asleep I do not know, but it certainly caused trouble for me! *Grrrr...*

I ended up having to take a bus from Woodlands interchange back to BP. Damn it!

I hate today!

Met up with him as well as zy and wq for dinner and a movie at vivo city today. Kb came to pick me up from work in a cab first and when we reached vivo, we did a bit of shopping while trying to look for places to eat lol.

This is something he got for me at Fjord.

After dinner, we had to rush to get to the cinema because we were late! Lol...

Eragon at GV Gold Class! Woohooo! Has anyone been into Gold Class? The seats... Are such a luxury I could sleep there! And the movie was great too! But damn! Why got part 2?! >.<

I felt that the story might have moved a tad too fast, The tension could have used a little more building up but overall, a 7.5 out of 10. Go watch it!~

Great food, great seats and great movie, what more could anyone ask for? Lol~ A big thanks to kb for everything. =P

Ahhh!~ Did you know I've been so into dresses lately that I seem to buy one everytime I go shopping? I got this two weeks ago I think, and I just wish I had a chance to wear it out!

Hoho~ Got another dress a few days before this one but my digi cam died on me and my lousy hp cannot capture the detail of that dress so maybe another day if I ever get to wear it out. I just put this up because I saw it in my images folder and just fell in love with it all over again lol!

Bite me.

Guess what somebody got me for a birthday present? It came later then most but.... It's what I've wanted for a long time! I have a hamster!~ Thanks to freddy for taking the effort to celebrate my birthday with me yesterday also even if it was a little later lol.

The dwarf hamster is a cute little thing which is so docile unlike most I've seen in past. (It doesn't bite when first accounted lol!) And it loves to run in the wheel! Heee... So cute...

I haven't figure out a name for it (it's a she) but I was thinking... Strawberry? LOL. I think I shall stick to that until I find another name.

Anyway, after letting Strawberry adapt to her new home, we went to east coast for a (very) late dinner and then he surprised me with a cake!

Omg! Fourth one! Ahhh! This year's birthday is great! Lol!~ ^^

Although somewhat messy with all those humongous ants (eeks!) we handled okay haha...

Strawberry's sleeping now so I can't take pics of her to put up but I'll do it soon! Haha.. In a good mood now... Hope to get some stuff for her later. =D
